Cube Facilities – Four High-Speed Doors Installed Across Two Birmingham Sites
Energy Saving Doors worked in collaboration with Cube Facilities, an established facilities management specialist, to supply and install four high-speed industrial doors across two sites in central Birmingham. The project was designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce unnecessary heat loss and support smoother movement of people and equipment through frequently used operational openings. By reducing the time that doorways remain exposed, the new high-speed doors help maintain more stable internal temperatures while supporting the demands of busy working environments.
This project demonstrates how high-speed doors can deliver practical benefits for commercial and industrial buildings, combining rapid opening and closing cycles with improved environmental separation, reduced air exchange and greater operational efficiency. Working closely with Cube Facilities, Energy Saving Doors provided a solution tailored to the requirements of each site, supporting the company's wider sustainability and carbon-reduction objectives. The installation is an excellent example of how selecting the right industrial door system can contribute to lower energy demand without compromising accessibility or workflow.
